Buddy Up for Art Objective: To partner with local companies to set up daytime events where employees spend one and a half hours collaborating to create paintings with adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities from Jessica & Friends Community.

 

Goals: These team-building events encourage employees to become comfortable and engage with adults with intellectual disabilities. Of equal importance, the adults with disabilities discover aspects of office life and company business while developing new friendships.
